Floor & Wall Ltd were asked by a local client to survey the factory floor for the world-renowned packaging company, Mondi. It was key for Mondi to select a client with attention to detail but also minimum disruption to the day to day running of this major factory.

After a detailed assessment and consideration of our proposals Floor & Wall Ltd was awarded the contract to transform the environment with a new resin floor.

Scope of works

  • Removal & reinstatement of 4000m2 of coloured resin flooring
  • Concrete grinding to reduce irregular concrete profile
  • Removal & reinstatement of existing joints
  • Concrete repairs & infills
  • New demarcation walkways installed to company colours

  • Surface preparation - heavy duty concrete planers / grinders and enclosed shotblast units
  • Resin floor coatings - Flowcrete EPW / SF41
  • Deck waterproofing joints – Flowtex F1 Mortar
We are proud to be associated with a company such as Mondi Packaging and also serve the local area with resin flooring, we were tasked with maximum output but minimal disruption and we came through with flying colours.
