Harwell Campus is the leading science and innovation hub in the UK. In collaboration with Flowcrete, Floor + Wall worked closely with the client months before construction began. The Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) is vital for meeting the needs of students, staff, and visitors to the campus.
For the client, it was crucial to not only understand the importance of waterproofing and durable car park coatings but also to collaborate on design elements that would influence the installation process. Our team conducted multiple site visits, engaging with engineers and architects early in the planning stages to ensure a seamless execution. The primary focus was on ensuring the longevity and safety of the car park, in line with the campus’s overall goals.
This proactive approach led to the successful installation of the Deckshield car park system, providing the client with the assurance that the facility will offer long-term durability and low maintenance for years to come.
