Floor and Wall Ltd were chosen to install over 15,000m2 of a specialist deck coating system and new expansion joints throughout the new shopping centre car park in Rochdale, which was part of a multi-million-pound development. We have now completed multiple successful car park finishing packages for the Willmott Dixon group throughout the UK. The process started in 2018 when Floor & Wall Ltd were invited as specialist car park contractors at design stage to work alongside, engineers, architects, main contractor and their client, Rochdale Borough Council. As part of the procurement process we offered our “early engagement scheme” in which we present our vast experience of installing cold applied liquid waterproofing systems on a wide variety of car parks, one type of system does not fit all when it comes to the movement of these structures.
