A few words from our Finance Director Lauren Goulder:

‘Floor + Wall, we are not just words but action.

As Christmas arrives and the stresses increase both financially and in events it can often be tempting to chase the pay increase, when really it’s the time we seek.

As a Company we recognise that our employee’s are chosen. We chose them to do their appointed role, trusting them to complete it to the best of their abilities.

That’s why we designed our Personal Time Policy: a self reporting system which gives our team the freedom, to take time they need to complete all the small things. Actual. Trusted. Freedom.

Life is made up of all the small parts of living: time for the kid’s Christmas play or sports day, time for the vet appointments, time for loved ones, time for the boiler services… anything.

As an employer, we dictate whether or not these can be enjoyed/handled or become swept in with all the other stresses of life.

Here Floor + Wall Ltd – Consult – Install – Maintain our Annual leave days are meant for just that, holiday.’
